Piedmont Athletic Club will be offering cross country and track and field.

Cross Country

August 24 - October 22, 2015
Monday & Wednesday 6-7pm [8/24-9/2]
Monday & Wednesday 5-6pm [9/9-10/21]
No practice on Labor Day 9/7
Donations accepted, but not required.

Run with Coach Thaddeus through the park and gain endurance and speed. All abilities welcome; parents can participate too! Just show up and get ready to run!

Cross Country Team will meet at the gazebo at Peninsula Park Rose Garden.

Practices may be held at alternate sites; dates and locations to be determined.

Improve your running, throwing, and jumping. Develop stamina over distance, speed for sprints, and learn the basics of field events. Open to all abilities. Bring your family and friends!
